Hello Chapter Friends,
I am excited to announce that we have a unique opportunity coming up for our next chapter event. On June 14th, we will be heading out for an exclusive tour of the Rapid City Fire Department’s Station 1 and their impressive new training facility on Creek Drive.
We will meet at Station 1, located at 10 Main St, Rapid City, SD 57701, at 11:45 AM.
We are honored to have the Rapid City Fire Chief personally hosting our tour. This will be a great chance to see the hard work that has gone into the recent renovation Station 1, which have modernized the space while preserving its importance to our city.
Following the station tour, we will head over to the new fire trainer on Creek Drive. This state-of-the-art training center is a significant asset to our local first responders, featuring advanced simulation technology that allows for realistic, high-stakes emergency response training in a controlled environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support our local heroes and get a behind-the-scenes look at the equipment and facilities that keep the Black Hills safe.
Please mark your calendars—I look forward to seeing a great turnout for this ride and tour. Lunch plans to be determined.
Ride safe,
Gabe Olson
